Print Orders

Estimated delivery times to 2-3 days for UK orders, and 7 days for international orders.

Framed Prints: Framing option is available to UK orders ONLY. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for framed prints. 

All prints are signed, numbered, dated and embossed by myself . I am a one man team with a busy schedule and with international shipping times taken into consideration, shipping can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

I take the utmost care with each and every order placed and will ensure your artwork arrives to you in perfect condition. All print orders will be rolled in tissue paper and delivered in a postage tube via regular airmail unless stated otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: Lost and/or damaged items are very rare, and whilst all care and assistance is taken - I cannot take any liability for items once in transit.

FAQ

Is there a tracking number for my order?
Not always. Most postal services offer tracking unfortunately not all international postal systems offer tracking. International orders will be shipped via Standard International Registered Post. 

Is my order insured?
No. In order to keep shipping fees to a minimum we do not insure orders. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. James Rawson will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit.

Do you have a framing option available?
Yes we do. Framing option is located in a drop down box under the print description.
